Our 25 year old furnace started acting up this past Monday. We called Enercare and they sent Jesse Handy, their technician right away. Jesse did an excellent job checking things out, laid out all the problems he found and gave us options to resolve our problem. We decided to go with a new furnace . Jesse immediately arranged for a sales rep to come see us the next morning, and he went and brought us a couple of space heaters to help us get through since he had to turn off the furnace. Customer Service was great, the agent Barry was great. Called ahead and told me when he would be there and was punctual. Wealth of information, solved our issue and still had time to answer all of my questions!
Rob and Barry were competent and efficient. Explained well what the problem was and fixed it right away. Then they made sure that everything was working before they left. Very satisfied.
Great and professional service today from Curtis who came to fix our hot water tank and also ended up fixing something on our furnace
