Hi, a very positive experience. My furnace packed it in on Tuesday morning. I was up and running with a new furnace Wednesday at 1.00 p.m. Nice job, very friendly service.

I'm giving these folks 5 stars because they *didn't* come to my house. It was the first really chilly day of the season, the start of a holiday weekend, and our furnace isn't kicking in. I emailed the furnace people we usually use - no answer. I phoned them - no answer (guess who we *won't* be calling again). My heart sank - my family was coming for holiday dinner and I wanted the house to be warm for my toddler-aged grandson.
