I drove 2hrs to come here to receive a 24hr blood pressure monitor. They gave it to me, never checked it, and it ended up not working. It looked like it was at least 10 years old (despite having to pay to use it as it’s obviously not covered by OHIP at this private clinic). I had to drive back to give it back the next day and I could not be provided with an alternative monitor. The staff were also unfriendly and short with me, despite having to hold my tongue. Primary purpose is to make lots of money for dr Matangi lol. Staff are rude beyond belief, not to mention the incompetence of some. Matangi’s blatant and intentional rudeness and disregard for patients is unprecedented ….so pompous and self serving. Never again!!!
