I would have posted 5 STARS if DR. MATANGI was still there, but with his replacement, DR. ROBYN JACKSON, the bar has been severely lowered... 1. No bloodwork & X-RAYS were scheduled prior to my ECHOCARDIOGRAM, as was always the case with Dr. MATANGI. 2. My ECHO and STRESS TEST were always scheduled for March... Dr. JACKSON scheduled these tests seven months later in October. 3. After my echocardiogram my blood pressure was always averaged after eight successive readings... I drove 2hrs to come here to receive a 24hr blood pressure monitor. They gave it to me, never checked it, and it ended up not working. It looked like it was at least 10 years old (despite having to pay to use it as it’s obviously not covered by OHIP at this private clinic). I had to drive back to give it back the next day and I could not be provided with an alternative monitor. The staff were also unfriendly and short with me, despite having to hold my tongue.
