I attended a meeting last night to help assist and inform loved ones and their families on each patients needs in an effort to prepare for the upcoming closure of Kingston Health Care in the near future, I was greeted upon arrival and then I entered the meeting area in which I as well as the other people who were in attendance for the meeting were individually attended to and social services was in attendance alongside the hospital staff to evaluate each individual patients needs and goals for making a smooth as transition f... read more
