A man was having a heart attack and dying in front of Deisings in the middle of Front st, about 200’ away from KHP. A firefighter who was passing by yelled for an AED as he performed CPR, a woman ran to Kingston Health Pavilion amongst all the places people ran to find one. KHP was the only nearby building with one but said they didn’t want to risk liability and wouldn’t allow her to take the AED.
