I moved in June, 2008. Its not the newest complex I ever lived in, but the apartments are well maintained, the grounds are kept up with professional groundskeepers as weather permits, and the staff is very friendly. I dont have problems getting maintenance to handle my calls- even if non-urgent matters take a few days to get fixed. The apartments are good sized- I live in a 2BR, 1Bath apartment and the best thing is the apartments are fairly well sound-proofed.I especially LOVE the large kitchen pantry.
