My group of friends, were looking for a special wedding anniversary present. We wanted something unique and we found it in Kingston Glass Studio. The wine glasses we chose for our friends were so beautiful that I decided to purchase some for myself, on my way from Montreal to Toronto over the Easter weekend. I was expecting a storefront. We took a glassblowing course with Alexi and it was fantastic. He was a great instructor; very relaxed, patient and so good at what he does! We have a new appreciation for the art of glassblowing (it's harder than it looks!) I would definitely recommend coming here for a class, or even just to check out the amazing glass art!
I was looking for Canadian made drinking glasses and I found them. Incredible and beautiful!
We had a great time with Alexei and learned a lot. He is a great teacher and very patient with beginners. It was an amazing experience, and we'd recommend it to anyone. It was neat to come away with glass items we had made ourselves. A special memory!
