I needed a new battery in my watch so I went in expecting to drop it off and pick it up later. She immediately took it back and replaced the battery and also a bad gasket for $13. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Outstanding service!

This is actually one of those places where you go and you're treated like family. KFJ has a lovely, attentive staff who are passionate and really want to do whatever they can for you. The store is well stocked and filled with beautiful pieces. I love coming here.
