The medical team is great and usually so is the reception. I was hung up on twice before she reluctantly answered with annoyance but because it's a doctor's office, I called back each time and it's her JOB to answer the phone and questions. After she was rude, condescending and other things I can't say she hung up on me after huffing when I wasn't finished. This is my first review ever because that was completely unacceptable, uncalled for, unnecessary and inappropriate for a work place but more so from a receptionist since ... read more
Love Dr. Gemmill. The new office is nice and the receptionists so far have been friendly. Shout out to Beth, nurse practitioner who is super nice and very professional with an excellent bed side manner.

Dr Pritchard amazing. Reception is terrible. Had appointment today, told twice it was 945am, got here at 925 am was told I was late and I'm LUCKY they will let me in.
Good experience with the Doctors. However, my partner received a call from a receptionist in order to update his file and I was flabbergasted at how rude she was to him. I understand how difficult it can be to be a receptionist and having to deal with snappy patients all day— but that doesn’t mean we get to be the receiving end of your frustration either.
