Family Atmosphere and Child Friendly!
Been coming here for a few years. Happy with the service. Just got Invisalign, it had immediate results of increasing sleep quality and reduced neck pain. They mentioned it might help with neck pain but I was not expecting it to work in the first few days.
My first appointment went well, but my second visit was very disappointing. After checking in, I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before the dentist asked the receptionist to call me—while I was still sitting there. I answered the call and the receptionist seemed extremely confused. Prior to my appointment, I informed the office that I had new dental insurance and responded to their text confirming this. I’ve been going to Dr Lee for over 20 years. She knows what she’s doing and takes the time to understand you and what works best. Her staff is amazing and so kind and comforting. I really don’t like dentists in general, but I trust Dr Lee and her staff and I’ll keep coming back for them!
Dr. Lee is a very compassionate and caring Dentist. I have disabilities and mental health issues and she always makes me feel at ease. The whole staff is incredible also. Candice is the most wonderful person. She works at the front desk. Please if you are looking for a dentist call Dr. Lee. She works very well with people with disabilities and I couldn't imagine going to any Dentist besides Dr. Kessy Lee. Thank you for everything you do!!
