I like the location. It's convenient close to almost anything you could want. It's quiet and the management is very friendly and accommodating. Minor repairs done within a very short time. A good place to call home!
I submitted a work order for 2 different issues. It was a late afternoon on a Friday so I figured it wouldn't be handled until next week. The maintenance man showed up within 2 hours of the request and was finished with both issues within 15 min. Waldy is very professional and friendly and always does a great job. I was so happy that I didn't have to wait through the weekend!
