This was a great experience from start to finish. Root canals are not enjoyable, but Dr. Nadeau made it surprisingly comfortable and stress free. He completed a double root canal in about 60 minutes, which was impressive. He is perfectly bilingual and very professional. I hope I will not need to go back, but if I do, I would not hesitate to see him again.
Update - I have had my root canal!!! Apparently it was a bit of a difficult case. I experienced no discomfort whatsoever during the procedure even though I was a little nervous, and when I am nervous I tend to experience more pain and get very tense about the needles. Dr. Nadeau was amazing with the needles - I have not ever had such a pain-free freezing experience in my life. My tooth was infected but it has settled down and I am pain-free post root-canal. Highly recommend, there is a waitlist but worth it! Dr Nadeau is a master at his craft!
I really felt good about meeting Dr. Nadeau in my initial consultation for my tooth problem. Based on my neutral to negative experiences with other Kingston Endodontists at other businesses before him (didn't listen, didn't seem like they cared, very disengaged even though I was in pain and worried), I didn't have high hopes and was already feeling that the consultation fee seemed steep. I have been a patient of Dr. Nadeau's for about 3 years now. It's been a very positive experience. I was very nervous about my root canal but the freezing was excellent. He really took his time and I felt basically nothing during the actual root canal procedure. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Since then, I have had periodic check ups with him.
