I have been several times for electrolysis hair removal and have always had an amazing experience. Kathleen takes her time making sure every hair is removed from the area. I also bought the Phenomen-all Skin Repair cream by Alexandria Professional which has completely healed my ingrown hair scars - amazing since I've had them for years. Very grateful!
The service is ok. However, there have been two consecutive scheduling errors on my first two appointments booked.
