I arrived early for an appointment on April 1 with highly recommended Dougal Bale, however I never got to see him. He "would be available on April 21" if I wanted to make an appointment. Meanwhile "Katy" might be able to help"and I was asked to PAY ahead of the appointment! Because I had been experiencing continuous vertigo for 4 months, I wanted the recommended experienced vestibular therapist, i..e. Dougal Bale. I left and will not return. Beware.
