I had an appointment today at Kingston Ear Institute, on Princess St. the front desk staff and Dr. Beyea are so good! I’ve been a patient there for several years, but I still notice both the professional style of the practice, and Dr. Beyea’s expertise and patience. Best of all, I can hear so much better now, and I’m looking forward to meeting the new specialist joining the practice soon.
Very professional kind and understanding. I highly recommend.
I am a patient of theirs and like the other negative posts here, very disappointed with their response. I'm currently taking Betahistine for Menieres disease and there is currently none available. I've managed to source 1 month from a pharmacy 200 miles away but even there, none left. I have reached out to the clinic, left more than a few messages regarding possible alternatives and right to voice mail. No response. Not sure what to do but I know my Vertigo is going to cause me some work loss. Any suggestions would be greatl... read more
I'm very disappointed with their service. After That I'm being a patient for more then 2 years. They asked me to get another referral to continue it see Dr Beyea, so I got the referral and I still waiting their respond. I call them many times and nobody have the courtesy to answer the call. So now I know that Dr Beyea need it to build his business and he forgot to care about the old patient. I won't recommend to go to the Kingston Ear Institute. You are going to be very disappointed.
Well, this won't be a compliment, neither a praise. Absolutely disappointing experience and service. Actually, there is no customer service, as they are not answering over the phone, nor through emails. If you have a sudden hearing loss, strongly suggest to buy a ticket to any country for a medical tourism as a solution RIGHT AWAY, instead of waiting 6-8 months to see the doctor there. Lost my hearing permanently due to 6 months waiting time for ENT visit in this Institute. I was begging for an earlier visit in January, but ... read more
