Worst run around I ever ever had! Never ever was i led on this way when trying to buy anything! I attempted to test drive a used truck from them, on Friday July 18, 2025. Truck was being "serviced" at their shop and told it would be back by Tuesday, on Tuesday i was told it would be back Thursday and on Thursday i was told it would be Friday. I recently was in the market for a new truck, I went to multiple dealerships around town before I got to Kingston Dodge. Buying a vehicle was an alright experience. I am completely dissatisfied with the long term experience, meaning the service department. My previous experience was from chevrolet and they set the bar high for their service department. I have been using the dodge service department for three years now. The fact that I cannot actually book a time for my routine maintenance (oil changes) and the short business hours means I almost always need to miss work for basic maintenance.
