I’ve been a loyal customer of Kingston Dodge Chrysler for over five years. I even bought a brand-new Dodge Challenger from them, and at the time of purchase they gave me a promo card for 5 free oil changes. I completed four oil changes without any issues. However, when I went in for the final oil change—the one that should have been free—they told me they had stopped that promo and refused to honour it.
