No empathy, compassion or understanding by Dr. Bery. Cracked my tooth about a week ago and saw him yesterday for pain. The assistant was fabulous! Dr. Bery came in room but didn't even bother to introduce himself. Literally walked in, looked at x-ray, looked at tooth, asked if I was in pain and if I was allergic to anything. He said I had some serious decay and would call me in Amoxicillin, referred me to a specialists. My pain increased exponentially last night. I can't get any relief! By not over charging . Instead said 221. You charged 669.80 . Christmas bonus. ? No I want my money now. You owe me 448. And I work hard for my money.
I cant say enough good about kingston dental. Idk his name but our kids dental assistant is WONDERFUL!! I think his name might be Andy? He was so kind, patient and understanding. This is only the second time we have been there but he remembered my kids by name. He praised my kids repeatedly for being good and reasured them that they was doing great. I love kingston dental and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the dental assistant thats always so wonderful with my kids. Raylun and zoey think your the best
I've only been there a couple years but have never been mistreated. I love the friendly atmosphere there. Plus the fact that you don't have to wait. I've never waited over 10 minutes.
I would love to actually be able to get an appointment for my kids. Nobody ever answers when i call. I leave messages but get no return calls.
