Awesome staff and so professional.
Kingston Dental provided me with exceptional and professional service today. Their calm and peaceful office and their kind and loving staff made feel safe and heard. Some past dental visits have been stressful and painful, but not here. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
The Billing Department at Kingston should be investigated. I told Angie, their biller, that I did not want to charge my insurance and paid for the procedure in full at the time it was administered. Two weeks later, I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance for the procedure, which was submitted the week after my procedure. I called their office and Angie would not talk to me and the receptionist indicated that Kingston is required to bill insurance on every procedure, which is not true under US patient’s rights... read more
Another wonderful experience at Kingston Dental! Like most, a trip to the dentist’s office isn’t my favorite. Which is why I’m so particular about my chosen dentist and hygienist. Had my teeth cleaned today with no drama. Love this place! Highly recommended for lovely, skilled and knowledgeable staff in the front and the back office.
