I had to have some major work done, I had teeth broken off at the gum line. I went Kingston Dental Practice and OMG they were wonderful!  I felt no pain, Dr Bery was amazing. They explained everything to me, and were very gentle. The ladies in the front were friendly and professional!

My new bridge broke and was replaced at no cost. However when I went in to have it permanently cemented the dentist attempted to tweak it and put a hole in it and said it was no good and needed to be remade. When I went to checkout I was told the replacement bridge would be $2200.

Would not recommend these people. The dentist said they took my insurance but after I started with them would not cover a crown. They said they didnt do that kind of crown. Only after I started with them did they tell me this. I paid **** for the crown, it came off after several months and when I called them, they said they would not fix it because I didnt come back and get the other four crowns done. I told them I couldnt come back because I couldnt afford to get four more done at that price. They said its too bad because u... read more

Not so good... I went to this office because I signed up for a discount dental plan with Delta Dental and this was the only office within 25 miles that accepted the plan. My spouse called for an appointment in August and they told her the first available appointment was in December! I wondered if this was because she mentioned the discount plan so I called for an appointment, didn't mention the plan and they scheduled me for September. Very strange. Coming from a patient who is petrified of the dentist I had an awesome experience with KDA! They went above and beyond to assist me and the level of compassion was at another level! I had an excellent experience at this dentist office. Dr. Mathew Grossman performed two crowns on my teeth in a timely, professional and comfortable manner. He put my best interest first and catered toward my needs. I had a very good visit and was even given the option of listening to music during my appointment. I will definitely come back here again!

Upon my initial visit, I was very surprised with the friendly and efficient staff. My needs were quickly established and a plan of action drawn up. My overall experience was excellent and the friendly staff made me feek as though I had known them fpr a long period of time. I woul rate my visit as five star.
