Zero Star!!!! We had very bad experience at this place. It is not a one-time issue — waiting 2–3+ hours has been the norm here. While we understand occasional delays, this level of overbooking shows a consistent lack of respect for patients’ time. We feel very frustrated. The front desk is rude and the doctors have no bedside manner. Will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone else.
You gotta wait more than hour in there! They called me to make appointment and offered 3pm I agreed then I went Tere at 3 pm. I waited doctor till 4 pm. Not first time this is 3-4 time. That’s insane! Do not waste peoples time!
Alright, unlike my prior visit with some female doctor who I don’t even care and ever want to know about again due to her being dismissive, this time the male doctor, Dr. Deng, I had was phenomenal! He listened to my concern and was flexibly willing to accommodate me in fixing my tooth issue. See, it’s not that hard to make patients happy, just listen to what patients want and do your best to deliver, instead of being stuck up in your dogmatic ways. AVOID! AVOID! All the bad reviews, or warnings shall I say, are true, this place is a dental patient nightmare, like if that 1996 horror film came to life The place used to be good, but the quality of their dentists have abated to the worst I have ever encountered. The female doctor here had no clue what she was doing and tried to misinformed me about some dental work I had done here before when I knew better it was something else.
