Great customer service by Michelle. My Wife and I spoke to several individuals at Kingston Brass attempting to resolve a warranty problem They couldn’t handle a simple issue. On March 28, 2021, we purchased a show/tub faucet unit and sink faucet from Build.com. Our intent was to have our bathroom remodel completed in the month of April. Unfortunately, due to Covid and delays in product shipping, some of our supplies did not arrive on time forcing our timeline out until June 2021.
