My car sat there for over 5 weeks, everytime I went to check on it I was told he would look at it that day or on the next Monday. I asked him if he didn't want to spend time to figure out the problem he said no I will pull it up this afternoon or tomorrow morning.Finally I had it towed to Honda. I originally brought it there because people said they had great service.
We had an emergency front brake situation happen a few weeks back wherein the front brakes gave out right as we boarded the Edmonds ferry over to Kingston for a long weekend away. We limped over to Kingston Auto and they were able to help us right away! Without an appointment, I thought we were going to be stuck for hours. However, a team member shuttled replacement parts over from Poulsbo, making the turn around time under two hours. Massive thank you to the guys at Kingston Auto! You saved the weekend!
Jerry does a great job. I've had my vehicles serviced here over the years. Even the hard to find electrical problems get resolved. One of the best around.
