Hey Mike here , Great performance from Dalen and Mark .they came over like gang busters and fixed 2 Gutters and one Exterior door. Great service form Great people. Oh I wont forget Kiara and Frankie nothing but excellent staff members. Nice and a bit of nice on top. Excellent snow removal this year 2026..........

Kingston apartments has come a long way. We have lived in this community for almost 7 years and to gone through many changes of ownership, maintenance included and I will say hands down HHPM has by the best this far. If something needs fixed it gets done, if you have a concern you are heard. I love the community that Kingston is becoming....Thank you for all your hard and diligent work in our community and making it better for all the residents.
I'm already loving the change and how quick the maintenance handles loads of requests and still managed to get it done orderly. Thanks Kingston Apartments and (Faybian Dicken) maintenance
