The property Managers Frankie and Nakia are awesome! It seems like they work every day all day and they still have a big huge smile on their faces every time I encounter them! The maintenance crew is on point as well; they all ways come to my rescue! The whole team keeps the property very well maintained And I recommend Kingston apartments to everyone!
I love the renovations & changes that have been made to the units. Also, they have a great staff!! I absolutely love Frankie & Nakia!! They are very communicative and helpful. If I need anything taken care of, they are on it or has maintenance get on it in a timely manner. They’ve made my move from another city as smooth as it could’ve been!!
I have lived here for 6 years. I love it here. I love the staff, they take care of everything when we need it. Especially Nakia and Frankie.
The staff is great. Nakia will do everything she can to make it a smooth process. The upgrade looks wonderful. My friend and I are completely out blown how fast Nakia got the apartment together. Each apartment is remodeled differently. Over all the apartments are nice. Let me not forget about Frankie as well very respectful as well. The maintenance guys are fast on whatever you need or if there is an issue. You guys ROCK💃🏾
