RecommendedKingston Animal Hospital is a special place. I had to bring my mil’s beloved senior cat to be put down Monday. They were so compassionate during our visit and it did help ease the pain of losing our beloved kitty. Well today in the mail they sent a card and a paw print they had done. Wow! ❤️❤️
What a wonderful staff! They follow all the guidelines for COVID, which made me feel very safe, and they were extremely compassionate and kind to both my fur baby and me! They were able to fit her in short notice as she was showing symptoms and so little- only 3lbs, where's another vet office I called (which we were gonna first be her primary care but now it's Kingston Animal Hospital for sure!!) told us they couldn't fit us in for a week. I have 2 young Sugar Gliders and it is difficult to find local Exotic Animal vets. The entire staff was very welcoming, and Dr. DeMarco and Holly were both very knowledgeable and great with them! This was a checkup as I've only had them for a short time, but its comforting to know that I have a place to take them should they ever need medical attention.
I felt like the whole "we care" thing was an act last time I was there. So we went somewhere else.

Loved everything about them. They helped when our dogs were sick, they operated when our older dog needed treatment. They were very sympitheic to us when we were there to put them down. HANDS UP THE BEST SERVICE and following up from a staff member and vet with seperate cards. HALLMARK no less. TEN STARS..........Thanks again from Terri Fletcher & Dan Fletcher.
