Fantastic, we went on the 1hr discovery tour. Wish we'd taken one of the longer tours. Could easily have spent the day in Kingston
Hr and 15 min ride out to see 30 min worth of islands. Hr and 15 ride back. Couldn't hear a word over the pa system, not the announcers fault none of the passengers would quiet down. No moving air at all anywhere on the boat, maybe a couple wall mounted fans would be a game changer... someone was habitually smoking in the bathroom.. If you want a nice 1000 islands tour, uncle Sam tour is by far superior. Figured the Canadian side would be different... it sure is
I enjoyed the Kingston 1000 islands Cruises sightseeing tour few days ago. Before boarding, I purchased two souvenir mugs from the ticket shop and brought them on board. Unfortunately, I accidentally left them on the cruise at the end of the trip, and I was the last passenger to leave. The next day, I checked with the shop staff, who kindly contacted the crew, but they said nothing was found. While the cruise itself was lovely, it would be great if on-board staff could have a process to collect and return any forgotten items... read more
