The staff at the Ivy location were fabulous. They helped us with our tickets, offered an open, clean space to grab a snack with tables and umbrellas. We got slushies and cotton candy for the kids while waiting to board the next boat. All staff was fabulous! This was a great one hour boat tour. We loved the sites and information provided. We sat on a comfortable bench on the top level with beautiful views. We did a 2-5 pm tour on a weekday. It was quite nice. There was a guide who shared some information about the islands and the area and there was a live performance on board - quite cute. The cruise is rather chill and relaxing. Not that you see something extraordinary but it is nice and we quite liked it. I got priority boarding but the ship was half empty. I guess that would depend on the day/time and cruise type.
