I lived in one of the duplexes for 5 years, and only moved out because I bought a home. I loved living there and never had any problems. Any time I put in a maintenance request they were there within 24 hours. Highly recommend to everyone. It felt like home even though you're renting. Which I found was hard to find.
The area is very clean and quiet aside from the highway noise. They have been absolutely wonderful and are super attentive to concerns and maintenance issues. It may take them a few tries to fix an issue but they always show up in a timely manner. Christy is always very responsive to messages left also. I have never had to call more than once to get a response. I love it here
Good People, Clean Properties. Lived here twice now. Good size duplexes.
