Your rent will go up as time goes on, the staff is extrememly rude. They don't follow through with anything. They will try to gip you and say you didn't pay rent, when you did. There is mold in the apartments and they don't do what is necessary to take care of the problem. The toilets run all night long, and eventually will flood your bathroom which leads to more mold. I would never suggest renting here.
I have been renting for the last 8 years and this is by far the WORST place that I have ever lived. Not only was the apartment itself terrible but management was unprofessional and the neighborhood was unsafe and sketchy. The first 6 months we lived there - my car was hit, the tail light was busted out and the person who did it didn't have the decency to take responsibility for it.
