I was assigned Kingsport Plumbing and Cooling by my home warranty company re a HVAC issue. The company showed up during the given time frame and listened to the problem I was having. Their technicians quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and promptly replaced it with a new one. The techs then checked the coolant level on this system and learned it needed additional freon. Their techs were knowledgeable and polite during their work. They are a rip off believe me shouldn’t have a business pay a lot of money for nothing go somewhere else like I said believe me and if anyone want my phone number I will give it to you I don’t want hard working people to fall prey to business like this on go somewhere else I beg you like I said believe me
These guys were great. Choice home warranty sent them here and they actually FIXED THE PROBLEM instead of putting a band aid on it. Octavius is a super hard working tech and he answered every question I had professionally, but in a way I could understand. that guy really deserves a raise!
