Avoid Kingsport Pediatric Dentistry at all cost if you value your money. They did routine sealant on my children and told us three times it was 100% covered by insurance. Sent us a bill for the sealant, refused to discuss the issue over the phone, then turned the matter over to a debt collector. I'll be involving my attorney now.
Best pediatric dentist in the area for sure! We have had other situations where other offices did not allow me to be present for my preschool age child’s treatment, which thankfully led us to Kingsport Pediatric Dentistry. We appreciate the relaxed open environment, TVs on the ceiling, therapy dog, and full availability to be present with my children! Highly recommend
I absolutely loved our experience here! The staff and dentist were so kind and helpful. The office was very clean and has a happy environment. We will be bringing my son here for all of his future dental needs!
I cannot say enough good things about Kingsport Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, calm, and welcoming, making my 3 year daughter feel completely at ease. They were so patient and gentle, explaining everything in a way that made her and I feel comfortable and safe.
