Kingsport motors sucks I got a truck from them n they repoed it they waited till I almost got it paid for n act like I was behind on it I done work for these fools n everything and she never paid me for the work I done said she would apply it towards my payment n apparently never did cause I never noticed a difference in my payments she promised to give me my Jeep back then they said they sold it but there repo guy said it’s hidden in garage I confronted shelia n she acts like it was sold then when I wouldn’t give my truck b... read more

Dont buy any Vehicles from this car lot , they sell lemons we bought a ford from them , we didnt even get few months to drive it we still owe for car we cant keep im sending it back i paid this month but we wont pay no more we lost money ,and learned lesson not to buy from them ever again,only had it 5 months,didnt hardly drive the piece of crap,i would never recommend them to anyone.
After test driving a car with several issues, the person "in charge" wouldn't even speak to me about the car I was interested in. I left and I won't be back! Poor customer service for sure.
