Kingsport Heating and Air Conditioning are to be commended for their good work. They installed a new Carrier heat pump system at our house 2 years and it has been trouble free. Today their technician EJ came by for our biannual maintenance. He was friendly, competent, thorough, and timely in checking our system before the coming winter months. They can't never fix my air. $400 for nothing!
Couldn't get a technician to show up after rescheduling multiple times. Never called to say they wouldn't be able to make it out or anything, just didn't show up. They were gracious enough to refund my money though.
The receptionist on the phone was very sweet and helpful. The technicians had our heat pump up an running in about 15 min. They were very friendly. I would highly recommend.
Professional service, respectful people, fast response, and reasonable price.
