I have lived at Kingsport for 6 years. I love it here, its quiet, and close to everything.
Its not quiet, there are busy roads all around covered in Ambulances from the hospital. There is constantly car alarms or horns going off from the mall. The grounds are a mess, they are mowed about every other week and they are not afraid to cover your car in grass. The parking lot is a disaster, the lines are not straight, the spaces are small, they are covered in oil and grease and I have had my car broke into once in the last year.
