If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never given anyone a bad review until now. Gross incompetence, negligence and cavalier attitude. I would urge anyone to go elsewhere, anywhere actually, other than this complete useless excuse for a clinic.

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE!!! They cannot bill your insurance company as urgent care because legally they cannot do so. (They bill as a PCP) They told me my insurance was accepted, - which was a lie. Now I have a $432 for 2 visits here. My first visit was in February and here it is 3 months later the first time I’m seeing the bill. I wouldn’t have gone back had I known this wasn’t an urgent care. $432 for two UTIs that took 10 minutes of their time.
Truly the worst clinic in umc to go to I hurt my foot and went they told me I had to go to the er all I needed was an x ray tonight I went back same nurse called me back “said I thought I told you to go to the er last week” then left the room and started talking crap about me and my mother who when to speak with the lady in charge after last weeks visit when she said they should have never sent us away. Will not be going back there ever.
Sign up for wait from home at 9am to get a 5:15pm time. Show up at 5pm and still waiting to go in at 6:30pm. Terrible customer service and attitudes at desk. Would not recommend taking a sick child to this service at all.
I waited for three hours before I was seen BUT I was extremely pleased with all the care they provided me with. They did more for me here than my PCP has done all year! I felt that they took their time with me and they checked/tested me out for what I could have! The long wait was VERY WELL WORTH IT TO ME! Now I'm on the road to getting better!
When I arrived I was only 1 of 2 people in the waiting room. Still took 1 hr to be seen.
