Worst shipper there is no tapping station and loads are usually high they won't help you plus they will ask you to park on street where it is very difficult to park for a semi truck and they're be like be fast we have other trucks to load. Forklift operators are good guys though friendly!
On September 19 at approximately 12:00 PM, I arrived at this site to pick up a load. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the conduct of the individual working inside the office at that time. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and displayed a noticeably rude attitude. He spoke to drivers in a disrespectful manner and acted as though he owned the place, showing no basic courtesy or professionalism.
