Yo he tenido una experiencia muy linda en este centro médico, la persona que está en el área de servicio al cliente es un amor de persona, súper atenta y muy gentil. Y la atención de los médicos a sido excelente.

Dr. Ignacio Ugarte is such a a helpful and caring Doctor he assisted me with my issues and ongoing care as well as the receptionist on the front desk was very good and helpful. This is a very professional family practice with care factor.

Llegué aquí el año pasado por recomendación después de una horrible experiencia con un médico australiano que me envió con doctores que hablaran español sólo para tratar una posible infección urinaria. Al fin, llamé, me atendieron muy bien, me registraron rápido y de forma amable. El doctor Ignacio Ugarte fué muy profesional, hizo un trabajo respetuoso y detallado, me revisó como ningún médico Aussie hace y me envió exámenes como correspondía. Do not go to this place whatever you do stay at the most racist and discriminatory people I have ever met I just needed a referral for an x-ray I had a broken rib cage and these people would not even give me the time of the day absolutely disgusting. They only take south American,Latin people I couldn't believe I was actually hearing what I was hearing I will make it my mission to get this recorded so I can prove how they practice illegal policies.

Mal atención, no aceptan usuarios nuevos , es lo que me indicaron a mí. Me derivaron a otros centros medicos muy alejados . Pésimo servicio y mal atención en la recepción.
