My wife and I lived in these apartments for 3 years or so. They werent the best around possibly but they were good! They were large for the price, carpeted, covered parking, pool, laundry on site. For the price they gave me and the amenities it was great! While Ill admit some parts of the apartments need a lot of work, they are better than some other apartments in Kingsville
these apartments are awful. they need some major renovaions both on the exterior and interior. you can hear your neighbors in between the walls and floors. the appliances are from the 70s. the management never gets anything fixed. do not reccommend these apartments!!!!
