EXTREMELY POOR, SLOW, and SPARSE SERVICE by the wait staff. NO customer service skills on the part of the manager,(who did not at first identify himself as such when we asked to have the restaurant manager attend to our negligent billing error. (He also serves as the bartender-& is CLEARLY not up to speed on social distancing laws for restaurants in the state of CT). Nw CT’s best place for good times with good people
Our fist time out for outdoor dining since March. Great service from the staff we know. And food was excellent. Nice job making the most of a difficult time. Thumbs up to Anna and her team.
