The leasing agent, Amanda, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made the apartment tour a total breeze, answered all of my questions, and was very informative. Kingsley Apartments seem like a great place to live in. If interested, ask for Amanda!

this place should not have as many stars as it does. throughout my 11 month lease, i was charged the incorrect amount for rent about a quarter of the time. trying to reach the leasing office is a whole ordeal because they aren’t open when they say they are and they rarely answer the phone. even when they do answer the phone, office manager melissa is incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. the basement/laundry/storage area is full of dead cockroaches, stagnant water, and black mold(photo attached). the power in half of m... read more
