As a prospective tenant, Amanda made our tour absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgable, friendly, and incredibly kind. The kind of experience that if you were between a few different places, knowing someone like her works there would make you want to move in immediately! The unit was fantastic, and as someone who has rented from a different complex in the area in the same price range, it is noticeably more updated, has more storage and just overall a much better space. And the clubhouse is beautiful!

I applied maybe 2-3 weeks ago got denied still haven’t received my 200$ holding fee. If you guys can take it that quick I should have got my refund as quick as you took it!
Scheduled a tour and was greeted by a young lady named Amanda. Very sweet, informative, and had an amazing energy. She took me to the actual unit I would be moving into and I was really impressed. All new appliances, nice wood floors, and THE UNIT DID NOT STINK . Keep up the good work. I still have a few more apartment tours but Kingsley is definitely in top 3
Renters beware! Living in the apartment, always on time or early with rent. My apartment was so outdated and the appliance didn't work. I request repair for them which they never didn't so I lived with them. Communication is very poor. I moved out then got a letter in the mail they are taking me to court because I didn't pay my last rent which I show the check being cashed but still want to waste my time and I have to take off work to get this straightened out. I have requested my deposit back which they have not given back ... read more
