Contract was signed in July 2021 and the approximate start date was September 2021 but the by December we still have not seen progress. We have requested a refund or materials if they have already made the purchase with our deposit, since December. The organization is very unresponsive and the delays were unprofessional. To date, they have cashed our deposit of over $4k and we have not yet seen any progress, materials, or refund.
I had these guys come back to lay a second patio for me... Awesome work.
Pavers installed, but tubing for columns to support light fixtures incomplete and unprofessional. Jose Gonzalez from PG Pavers promised to return to complete the job properly, but hasn't picked up the phone or text to schedule a time to complete the job. Kingsland has hung up several times once I called to notify them of the issue and apparently are some type of funnel for this cover business called PG Pavers. I wouldn't recommend them and they have also been reported to the BBB.
