I live there now it's great
I have a one bedroom .. it's a very quiet building and very close to stores and restaurants .. I love it here and it all ready feels like home after 5 months UPDATE: I have been here almost three years and don’t plan on moving. No problems, they always keep property nice and no bugs. I have recommended this place to a few friends when they were looking for a place.
This complex is awesome! The pool goes to 7 feet, the common areas are always clean, the owner gets things done in a very timely manner and this place is family friendly and quiet. If you need an apartment then stop by and check it out! It really is a gem that's close to highways and many restaurants and shopping centers! Check Kingsgate Village Apartments out!
