The owner ruined my hair and when I tried to express my concern and unhappiness he was rude and told me to just not visit his shop anymore then because he has been doing it 20 years and doesn't have unhappy customers. I wanted my hair toned to make the yellowy-blond the color of my natural blond roots and he gave me brown hair. Rather than work with he to try and get something that didn't make me cry, he yelled at me, was rude, and got defensive saying he did exactly what I asked him.
