My Son and daughter in law have had AC problems almost the entire year they have been there. They just called, it's 86 degrees in the apartment, and they have called everyday in the last week, and nobody will respond. They did come out twice and add Freon, but there's obviously a leak in the system and they don't seem to get in a hurry to repair anything.

Kingsgate Apartments We stayed in a furnished apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are very nice and clean. The decor in the furnished apartments is beautiful. The apartments are spacious.
