Stayed here prior to Cruise trip. Room was decent and had free snacks & drinks. Many options nearby for breakfast too. Around 15mins walk to the wharf for a boat ride into city which takes about an hour. Coming back late night was horrible as the long path was full of roaches. Might recommend the other closer one if going to the wharf
Harry at the front counter restored my faith in customer facing hotel staff, he was bright, friendly and helpful, truly an asset to the establishment
Over priced rooms need upgrading but staff and management perfect
We drove our visitors here from the Gold Coast to stay at the Kingsley hotel the night before their early flight home. The room was beautifully refurbished, great new bar and restaurant on site and a short 5 minute walk to the Portside wharf with heaps of restaurants and cafes for all budgets. Harry at reception was incredibly friendly and we actually cancelled our booking at an over priced hotel right near the airport to stay here instead in a few months time.
