I don't know the details of what took place with the lady that gave Kingsford a 1 star. However, she may need to check her records to see if her job was actually done by Kingsford. I say this because Kingsford installed a sunroom for me in 2011 and I was so pleased by the excellent job that they did. I loved their customer service. Personally I feel better reading reviews that are submitted "after" the job has been completed for some time so I can evaluate the longevity of the work performed. Background: We had an older house with a seriously aging exterior. In preparation, I spent several weeks doing exhaustive research and conducting interviews with various window replacement companies in the Triangle area that would also capable of tackling the other jobs I needed completed. Kingsford has completed several replacements/repairs. They have done a wonderful job. Roof, Siding, Windows, Screened Back Porch doors and windows. Always on time and clean up after they have completed. I would recommend Kingsford for any home repair you may need. EXCELLENT..

This was our third project since 2007 with Kingsford. We've now replaced the windows in two homes and two sets of French doors. The salesmen, office staff and installers have all been friendly, courteous and skilled. We are totally satisfied again.
Kings Ford did a fine job replacing a double deck door. They were timely in every aspect of the job from the quote to the installation. I would definitely use their services again.
I had a great experience with Kingsford. They replace my siding with vinyl siding. They let me know what was going on every step of the way, and it looks great! They did an awesome job for a good price.
Kingsford has just completed a screened porch on our back patio. The workmanship is first class. All the work was completed within a month of beginning with the only delays being caused by the county inspectors. Kingsford also built a small overhang covering our front door. We had all of our windows replaced and both our front and rear doors replaced 3 years ago. The team was professional and efficient and the job was done in three days. We noticed immediate efficiency improvements and lower energy bills. We love the windows and have had no problems whatsoever. This week, they replaced gutters on two sides of the house due to problems we had with the original gutters not keeping up with the rain. They also installed leaf guards.
