Wanted my medical file , mind you I found out they were closing and they won’t send it to my doctor but to a completely different medical centre , and if I want the file I need to pay $40’for it . I’m a patient of my doctor , I didn’t sign up for the centre to have my file transferred to where ever they want to send it to . I wasn’t even notified of them closing down either . I’ve only been there like 3 times so my record shouldn’t be that long at all .
Two words. Dr Chan.
one of the worst places you can go to get treated. if you have any other option, go there. going here is putting your health on the line, literally. arrogance, delays and mistreatment is what you’ll find here.
Absolute terrible experience, Dr was unbelievably rude, reception staff are uncapable of reading a simple email.
