If I should give them a zero I would! Trash was left in the hallway, which is a fire hazard. A man on my floor threatened said he was going to mess on me and my dog up because I took a picture of the floor showing all the garbage. Then I was taken my dog out down the stairs, got to the bottom and another tenant throw their garbage off of their balcony and almost hit my ten pound dog and I. Honestly, inches from hitting us. Had a great tour. Liked the apartment and the fact that it comes with a washer and dryer. Tabitha gave a great tour and readily answered all of my questions. Application is completed. Looking forward to being a member of the community.
My experience, kingchrist apartments, staff members have been very pleasant. They've answered all my questions and helped me. Every step of the way for me to make it, I don't think it's the right decision that fits my needs
