The rent here is very expensive, and you are paying for the area, not the apartment itself. The unit feels poorly maintained, with peeling paint in the bathroom around the sink and shower. The walls are extremely thin, and we have been dealing with constant noise from neighbors and have not been able to sleep properly for months. We regret renewing our lease. Would not recommend this place. Office personnel are rude, make excuses, take no responsibility. Maintenance guy is incompetent, disrespectful, and argues with you. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in July 2024. I will not be renewing my lease in July. Ihave an annoying leak they refuse to fix. And a stove i was promised when moved in. I was told by Earnesto I refused the new stove a year and a half ago. But I've been trying to get the said stove since then. Even have contacted the main office the past year and ... read more
