Not recommended! I'm leaving this review to help people not make the same mistake. I lived here for quite a while just because of the affordability and closeness to campus. However, I had multiple occasions in which there was either the toilet leaking, no functional washer available, sealing leaking or smoke detector battery out that was very poorly managed. A surprisingly quiet area for the nearby shopping and restaurants that Grandview offers. Definitely affordable for the area, and I haven't had any complaints about my time here thus far.
3 weeks process of ceiling repair. Maintenance really did a great job.
