A surprisingly quiet area for the nearby shopping and restaurants that Grandview offers. Definitely affordable for the area, and I haven't had any complaints about my time here thus far.

I lived in at Kingsbury Plaza from May 2015 through October 2018. It’s conveniently next to Kroger, rent is extremely affordable for the area, and utilities are cheap, but I’ve had a lot of bad experiences living here. While parking is free, it is extremely limited. The ramp entrance to the parking lot is always damaged with debris and potholes, and it’s the only entrance to the parking lot.
