I am living at the 8th floor, which is the highest floor, and walk stairs EVERYDAY for 2 month! To be honest, it is not a bad experience, at least I saved money for gym. In addition, the email from office mentioned we could get compensations, but I have not received that yet. The worst thing is I am going to move out this week, but how could I move out without the elevator? Should I throw the mattress out of the window? I will update my move out experiences later. A buddy of mine lives here and we never want to visit because the elevator is NEVER working. The apartments are nice, but he said management has apparently been promising fixes for months with no results. I feel bad for people who live on the top floors.
An 8 floor building with an ancient elevator that rarely works. It's not a bad building, but it seems like management puts bandaids on issues instead of just fixing them.
