We were in the area on vacation and our dog with congestive heart failure took a turn for the worst and was struggling to breathe. Kingsbrook Aminal Hospital was a godsend. They were the kindest, most compassionate people to help us through this terrible time. They have a room specifically for end of life care. It had a couch, blankets, carpet, a candle and lots of Kleenex. We did not have to say goodbye to our baby in a cold sterile vet room.
As a veterinarian myself, my standards for my animal's care are extremely high. Kingsbrook Animal Hospital stands out for me as the only choice. They are sincere, extremely knowledgeable, and take the time to listen.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Atlas absolutely loved all the attention, belly rubs, and playtime with the staff. Our vet was amazing with him and handled him with so much care, which really meant a lot to us. The facility is beautiful, and we really appreciated being given a tour. We had such a great experience and definitely feel like we made the right choice for Atlas’s veterinary care!
Simply the best in Frederick! I’ve been taking my fearful kitty there for 5 years. They go above and beyond to make the visit as stress free as possible. I see Dr. Brulo and I can’t say enough good things. I have a difficult kitty who is beyond spicy . All the doctors, vet techs and receptionists are truly caring and amazing. Thank you Thank you!
