The place is clean and the receptionist was polite. The technician was great with a nice way to approach my dog and the doctor was amazing. Both of them explained to us everything very clear leaving us without questions. We are very happy to be part of the kingsbrook Animal Hospital now
Kingsbrook is the best!!! I’ve been taking my dogs here for over a year. They are the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever experienced at a vet. Everyone from the front desk, to the technicians and of course the doctors genuinely care about my dogs and their well-being. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my three dogs<3.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Amy and Katie were so attentive and thorough with Walter. I didn’t feel at all rushed during our visit. They both took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns. They made me feel like Walter was their only patient, even though I know she has plenty other patients to attend to. I always get the best customer service while attending to my pets veterinary needs. All the doctors and techs always throughly explain all my care options. I love how I can text with concerns or prescription refill requests and get a very quick response.
Dr Brulo and Jenn were very knowledgable and thorough. They took the time to address all of my concerns and plan my dog's course of treatment while maintaining a positive environment and making an enjoyable experience for him.
