We signed with Kingsbridge and initially had a very positive experience. Our sales consultant, Kevin, was excellent — professional, responsible, and genuinely helpful. In the early stage, I was very happy with Kingsbridge. Unfortunately, things changed significantly once we moved into the admin phase. We have had a great administrative start to our build. Mirka took over our file and was proactive in getting things done. There were a couple of delays due to unforeseen circumstances but all round a good experience and we love the turnkey option for this build so its minimal worry for us
I’m currently building my second property with Kingsbridge Homes. The first build was completed successfully, which gave me the confidence to proceed with a second one. The second build is about to start, and so far the experience has been very good. Communication has been clear and the process has been smooth to this point. Happy with the service so far.
