We signed up for a new home build almost two years ago and still can't get to contract. We are constantly being given new reasons as to why things cant move ahead, and when we address those, new ones appear. This caused us to have to go back to council for a second planning permit, which has been approved and I was able to remove all of the concerns that Kingsbridge had raised in the new conditions. I am writing this review to raise awareness for anyone considering Kingsbridge to build their house. We have suffered through two years with this mob and still do not have a contract. Below are just a few points that highlight how incompetent they are and how little clients actually matter to them: • Repeated and endless errors in drawings, colour selections, variations—basically across everything. • Near zero experience in planning permits, which has brought our project to a complete halt. • Extremely incompetent and inexpe... read more
Our experience with Kingsbridge Homes has been up and down. We understand that no new build is ever completely smooth and that some hiccups are to be expected. The initial stages of the process, particularly with our sales consultant were excellent. Amit was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful, setting a positive tone from the beginning. Our journey with Kingsbridge Homes began very smoothly. From the outset, our sales consultant Amit was professional, approachable, and went above and beyond to assist us in selecting our dream home. The build started quickly under our first Site Supervisor, Bob who got frame stage almost conpleted, before transitioning to Mem. We found Mem to be very responsive and always willing to answer our questions, which gave us confidence throughout the process. That said, our overall experience has been somewhat mixed.
