The process of building our first home with Kingsbridge was an exciting experience. We were able to customise and make adjustments with ease. They had a great variety of colours and fixtures. I really appreciated the weekly communication emails. Highly recommend.
We signed up for a new home build almost two years ago and still can't get to contract. We are constantly being given new reasons as to why things cant move ahead, and when we address those, new ones appear. This caused us to have to go back to council for a second planning permit, which has been approved and I was able to remove all of the concerns that Kingsbridge had raised in the new conditions. I am writing this review to raise awareness for anyone considering Kingsbridge to build their house. We have suffered through two years with this mob and still do not have a contract.
