The whole process from choosing the home design to handover was smooth. Abbi, our Contract Administrator helped us throughout our journey, always there to answer any questions. Geoff, our site supervisor was a great person to work with, and he made the process more enjoyable. We are loving the house, and thank Kingsbridge for helping us on our journey :)

Post Handover update We have been in our house for two months and absolutely love it! A special thank you to Abbi who was our contract Admin and Bob who was our supervisor. Abbi has been absolutely fantastic to deal with, she is thorough, knowledgeable and ALWAYS got back to her clients. A very rare quality! Bob our supervisor has been amazing. Our experience with Bob, the site supervisor has been nothing short of a dream. He was very transparent, informative, supportive throughout our journey with regular weekly updates on the build and was able to answer all the questions with ease. We had few challenges with shortage of builder material like timber, carpets, and tiles etc. but he would be transparent and give us updates on delays.
