Unprofessional experience — I was promised a refund which took over 2 weeks with no clear communication. Still chasing answers while being passed around. Be careful and double check all agreements before paying any deposit. 退款拖了两周，麻烦不断 Disappointed to receive a legal-sounding email asking me to remove my honest review. Felt more like pressure than customer service. Real feedback shouldn’t be silenced — focus should be on fixing the issue.”

Post Handover maintenance update We have been in our house for three months and absolutely love it! A special thank you to Lisa- Contract Admin, Chris- maintenance supervisor, and Donna- warranty admin. Lisa and Dona have been very friendly to deal with. Overall, we are very happy with our build & stay home experience. They have fixed all the issues that we have raised so far.
