Overall, my experience building the Haven 19 with Kingsbridge was positive.The design and finished product met my expectations, and I am happy with the quality of the completed home. My new site supervisor Troy has been great, his professionalism and organisation helped with the build.

I went with Kingsbridge due to a great first impression and experience dealing with Paul Innes in Geelong. He made me feel comfortable, welcome and was genuine. My initial sign up and selection process was seamless and enjoyable. Upon getting to construction phase I felt informed and well looked after by Paul Camilleri. The start of our build went smoothly however we soon learnt our building supervisor was not great in communication or taking accountability for his words and actions. Texts, calls and emails would often go unanswered for an extended period of time which is disappointing. Our build was in the final stages when we were moved to a new supervisor who was great with communication. This review is for pre-site administrative work I would like to thank Paul Inns who was our sales consultant. Paul has been so helpful for us advising us of initial steps and talking us through the packages because we are going for a full turn key package. Even after his part of the work was over, he called us to check which is quite rare to see, so thank you Paul for being so helpful. We built with Kingsbridge in Charlemont and the whole process went smooth and easy. Our coordinator Mirka was very helpful and prompt. Also many thanks to our building supervisor Paul who was available anytime and kept us updated throughout. We are impressed with the build quality and their professionalism. Highly recommend!
