Don’t build with them. The process was smooth before the construction started but then faced many issues during construction and post construction the service is horrible . They say they give one year warranty but they never help and put everything on the owner . Whether it is drainage or retaining walls that they constructed , they just don’t help . The selection process, house plans, upgrades and contract stage all went smoothly and initially gave us confidence in the build process. Unfortunately, once construction started, we encountered numerous quality and workmanship issues throughout the build. Even with the assistance of an independent building inspector, many concerns continued to arise and required ongoing follow-up. This is our second build with Kingsbridge, and everything went as smoothly as expected. Our supervisor, Kris, was brilliant and always on top of his job. We’re very happy with the quality.
We had a great experience building with Kingsbridge Homes. The team was friendly, supportive, and always willing to help us navigate the challenges that come with building a new home. Communication was consistent throughout the process although at times took multiple days and multiple messages to. The construction itself was completed in just 7 months, which was great .
