My husband and I are very happy with the building expertise with Kingsbridge. Our contract coordinators Abbi and Jessie, site supervisor Emily are very friendly and prompt in responding to our questions, and they provide us with an update every step of the building process. We are impressed by the end result of the house and the quality of the work. Highly recommend this building company.

Our build has recently moved into the construction phase, and we couldn’t be more excited. This is our second time building with Kindsbridge, and once again, the experience has been fantastic. A special shoutout to our admin, Mirka, who has been absolutely wonderful—super helpful, responsive, and a real pleasure to work with. Her support has made the process smooth and stress-free.
We’re really happy we chose Kingsbridge Homes. The process was smooth, the team was professional, and the build quality exceeded our expectations. The colour and electrical appointments felt a bit rushed for the size of our home, so spreading them out might’ve worked better. That aside, everything came together quickly. Huge thanks to Lisa for keeping us updated and to Bob, our site supervisor, who was great throughout. There were a few small issues, but they were sorted quickly and with care.
We were unfamiliar with Kingsbridge Homes initially, but after exploring their floor plans and reading the positive reviews, we decided to go ahead with them and we're very happy we did. The team throughout the entire build was nothing but professional, helpful, and accommodating. One thing that could have been improved, however, was the colour and electrical appointment.
